Senior UX Designer with Product Ownership
At Vinclude, we build technology to solve an important social challenge:
Our goal is to remove financial barriers that keep children and young people out of grassroots sports. We're seeking a skilled UX designer who can start soon and is ready to lead product development. At Vinclude, you'll shape a solution tested by thousands in Norwegian grassroots sports and help scale it to the next level.
About the role
Your main task will be to create the best possible user experience from insight to finished solution. You'll also play a central role in product development: helping set priorities, define goals, and ensure the product both meets user needs and is competitive in the market.
You'll be a key person in a small, ambitious team, working closely with both developers and the founding team.
Your responsibilities
- •Establish and maintain the design system and visual identity
- •Translate complex needs into simple, intuitive user experiences
- •Work closely with developers to ensure quality and feasibility
- •Own and prioritize the product roadmap in line with user insights and business goals
- •Define goals and success criteria
- •Think commercially: ensure design and product choices strengthen profitability, competitiveness, and market position
What we're looking for
- •4+ years' experience in UX/UI, preferably in product development
- •Is comfortable across the full UX toolkit: user interviews, workshops, wireframes, prototypes, testing
- •Has a strong understanding of how design decisions connect to business outcomes
- •Is commercially minded and can link user experience to value and growth
- •Thrives in a startup environment: pragmatic, solution-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- •Is commercially minded and can link user experience to value and growth
- •Is a clear communicator and team player
- •Is highly proficient in writing and speaking both English and a Norwegian

About Vinclude
Vinclude Sponsor Solutions is a Norwegian startup founded in 2023. We're based at Startuplab in Oslo, alongside more than 100 other ambitious companies.
We're working to solve a major social problem: children and young people being excluded from grassroots sports due to financial barriers. We believe the key lies in innovating sponsorship. Local businesses want to support sports, but to capture a larger share of marketing budgets that would otherwise go to Meta, Google, and TikTok, sponsorship must become profitable, measurable, and scalable.
That's why we're building a digital solution that, alongside today's sponsorship and revenue sources, will increase income for clubs and teams, and make it easier to include everyone. We're developing functionality and a foundation that makes the solution scalable, both nationally and internationally.
Our goal is to make grassroots sports accessible to everyone, while giving businesses a measurable impact from their sponsorships.
